Call for Applications: Mandal Coordinator

Samaveshi Aajeevika Yojana, Andhra Pradesh (SAY-AP)

SAY-AP is being implemented by SERP, Government of Andhra Pradesh, with technical support from CRISP and BRAC International. It will help 10,000 of the poorest households in 26 mandals, including Yanadi, Erukula and Chenchu families, move out of poverty through bank-financed livelihoods. Applications are invited from eligible SHG women for the post of Mandal Coordinator.

Emoluments	₹35,000 per month (all inclusive)

Job role

• Head the project at the mandal level
• Work with the Mandal Samakhya (MS) and the APM of the mandal
• Guide the Upadhi Sakhis and Village Organisations
• Track the progress of every household on the SAYAM app
• Report to the State PMU

Eligibility

• Member of a Self-Help Group (SHG)
• Post-graduate degree from a recognised university
• Able to travel for at least 20 days a month

Selection

Selection will be made on the basis of a written test. The date and venue of the test will be informed to eligible applicants.
